ITS FOUNDER & HIS VISION

Rushmere Group was launched by Alex Vleming back in 2016, after a fulfilling career in investment banking and private equity. Having enjoyed time on both sides of the table (as a financial advisor and as a principal), Alex decided that there was a clear need for bespoke, independent and genuinely honest advice.

Bespoke - Which required truly listening to clients first, to their needs, avoiding semi-standard (cut&past) pitches favored by the big firms.
Independent - Since the experts in the network are independent, not owned, participated or sponsored by any large corporation with 'fingers in who knows how many pies'.
Honest - Since we will always place honesty ahead of fees.

In order to do so, Alex himself or a senior member of the network will always lead all projects from beginning to end, bringing expertise, experience, and the rest of the network to make a true difference.

AROUND THE WORLD (& BEYOND)

Having recently spent time in HK/China, Alex is now back in Europe and spending time between the UK and France. However, Alex spends extensive periods in different part of the world depending on the needs of his clients.
