Board off-sites
While boards meet regularly, they tend to do so in the context of their regular meetings, with a pre-defined agenda and often with tight deadlines and important discussions to be had. Off-sites may provide the board a very different (and very constructive) environment in which to perform its annual evaluation ... or to work on some of its findings.
